You are the first to check out the Letter Library project during this closed beta!

A few notes:

• The Letter Library consists of two main sections: Core and Viewing. In the Core section we collect data around all published type specimens. There is the main publication database and secondary databases for related data like typefaces, publishers, and type designers. All records in these databases are permanent and they have a unique identifier, which can be used to mention a publication in academic works. 
• The Viewing section is where the actual type specimens are shown or linked (when they are only available on other websites). You can view PDFs and videos, image galleries of scanned type specimens and so on. I am currently adding records every day. 
• At the moment, the focus of this beta test is checking out the functionalities in regards to browsing the website and viewing the entries. Creating new records is already possible, but I do not recommend it yet. Please wait until I have written articles explaining the process and the requirements.
